Glyco Reset Customer Service Number: How Do You Reach the Order Desk?
The Glyco Reset customer service number is +1 (302) 200-3480, the order desk for tracking, changes and refunds. Call with your order ID ready, because that is how the desk finds your order. Written questions about an order go to the sales email, [email protected]. The website email, [email protected], answers questions about this site on weekdays but cannot see orders. Neither line gives medical advice.

- Order desk phone: +1 (302) 200-3480, for tracking, changes and refunds.
- Sales email: [email protected], for written questions about an order.
- Website email: [email protected], Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET; it cannot see orders.
- The bottle front prints no phone number or address; the numbers come from the seller.
- Order desk opening hours are not published.
- Returns go to a different New York address from the office.
Which Glyco Reset phone number and email should you use?
That depends on what you need. There are three lines, and they do different jobs.
- Order desk, by phone. +1 (302) 200-3480. Use it for tracking, address changes, cancellations and refunds. It can find your order once you read out the order ID.
- Sales email. [email protected]. Use it for written questions about an order. For refunds, the phone is quicker.
- Website email. [email protected], answered Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET. Use it for typos, privacy questions and press. It has no access to orders.
A refund request sent to the website inbox only adds a day or two of waiting. Phone first.
Who handles which Glyco Reset question?
| Your question | Who to contact | Have ready |
|---|---|---|
| Where is my package? | Order desk, +1 (302) 200-3480 | Order ID and the email used at checkout |
| Change or cancel an order | Order desk, as soon as possible | Order ID and the change you want |
| Refund or return | Order desk, before you mail anything | Order ID, order date, bottle count |
| What does one serving hold? | Order desk or sales email | A pen to write the answer on the box |
| A wrong fact or typo on this site | Website email | The page address and a source, if you have one |
| Privacy or press | Website email | Your name and the request |
| Is it safe with my medicines? | Your doctor or pharmacist | The bottle, back label up |
Notice the last row. No Glyco Reset line can answer it, and none should try.
What should you have ready before you call?
A short call is a good call. Gather these first.
- The order ID from your confirmation email. Search your inbox and spam folder for the words Glyco Reset if you cannot find it.
- The email address you used to buy.
- The date you ordered, which tells you how much of the 60-day window is left.
- The count of bottles that arrived and how many remain sealed.
- A note of the call afterwards: the date, the time and what you were told.
Here is a small habit that saves trouble later. Write the order ID on the shipping box with a marker the day it arrives. When you need it in six weeks, it is right there.

Order questions are easier before you buyAsk the order desk what a serving holds, then see the pack and price on the order page with the seller's 60-day window.

Why does the bottle show no phone number?
Because the front label does not print one. Design A says only "By Ovicia" and gives no address, phone or website. Design B shows no company at all. The sales page footer names GlycoReset Research, and the page shows no phone, email or street address.
So the phone number and the two New York addresses on this site come from the seller, not from the label. That is worth knowing. It is also why we say plainly that this website is run by a retailer and not by the maker.
What can the website email help with, and what can it not?
It helps with the words on these pages. If you spot a wrong number, a broken link or a claim without a source, write in. The team checks it, fixes it and moves the date at the foot of the page.
It cannot help with orders. It cannot issue a refund, change an address or look up tracking. It also cannot give medical advice.
Replies come on weekdays. A message sent late on Friday may wait until Monday.
Where does mail go, and why are there two New York addresses?
The two addresses are for different jobs. Mixing them up can send a parcel to the wrong building.
| Address | What it is for |
|---|---|
| 345 Hudson Street, Floor 16, New York, NY 10014, USA | The office. Mail only, with no walk-in sales |
| 767 Fifth Avenue, Floor 12, New York, NY 10153, USA | Returns. Include your full name, email and order ID; the buyer pays return shipping |
Call the order desk before you mail anything. Per the seller, the refund is issued 3-5 business days after the returned bottles are credited, and your card issuer then takes 5-10 days to post it.
Can customer service answer medical questions?
No. The order desk can tell you what your order holds and what is printed on the bottle. Whether vinegar drops suit you with your medicines is a question for your doctor or pharmacist.
If a dose leaves you feeling unwell, stop the drops. If you think it caused a serious reaction, get care. You can also report the problem to the FDA through its Safety Reporting Portal at safetyreporting.hhs.gov, or by phone at 1-888-INFO-FDA (FDA: How to report a supplement problem). Keep the bottle and the order email. Both help.
What about other products with a similar name?
Several unrelated products are sold as GlycoReset or Gluco Reset on other websites. They are different formulas from different sellers, with their own phone lines. This order desk cannot help with them.
Before you call, check that your bottle is liquid drops in a 2 oz (60 mL) amber glass dropper bottle. If it is a different form or lists other ingredients, you have a different product.
Where do these facts come from?
Every contact detail here comes from the seller and from this site's contact page. The reporting route for problems links to the FDA page below.

Frequently asked questions
Which phone number reaches Glyco Reset customer service?
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 to reach the order desk. That desk deals with tracking, changes and refunds, and it finds your order from the order ID. The number comes from the seller, since the bottle prints none.
What email should I use for a Glyco Reset order?
Use the sales email, [email protected], for written questions about an order. The phone is faster for refunds. The website email, [email protected], cannot see orders.
When can I reach the Glyco Reset order desk?
The order desk hours are not published. If you reach voicemail, leave your order ID and a number to call back. The website inbox is answered Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET.
Does the Glyco Reset bottle have a customer service number?
No. The front label gives no phone number or address. Design A says only By Ovicia. Keep the confirmation email, since the desk looks orders up by order ID.
Is it possible to walk in at the New York office?
No. The seller lists the office at 345 Hudson Street as mail only, with no walk-in sales. Returns go to a separate address on Fifth Avenue.
Can Glyco Reset customer service tell me if it is safe with my medicines?
No. That question belongs to your doctor or pharmacist, with the bottle in hand. It matters most if you take insulin, a sulfonylurea, a diuretic or digoxin.
Our view
Our view is that good support starts with knowing which door to knock on. The phone line handles orders. The website inbox handles words. Your doctor handles your health.
Keep the order email, write the order ID on the box and note each call. If something goes wrong, those three habits do more than any number on a page. This article is general information and not medical advice.
Glyco Reset is a dietary supplement. It is not FDA approved, and no dietary supplement is, because the FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Take medical questions to your doctor.
