What Are the Ingredients in Glyco Reset? A Six-Name List and What Each One Does
Glyco Reset names six ingredients: apple cider vinegar, purified water, pure cane sugar, apple pectin, citric acid and sodium citrate. No amount is published for any of them, and a graphic mentions a proprietary blend with no weight. One of the six is added sugar. Check the panel on your own bottle.

- Six ingredients are named on the brand graphics. No amount is published for any of them.
- One graphic mentions "our proprietary blend" and shows no weight.
- Pure cane sugar is added sugar. Sodium citrate adds some sodium. Both amounts are not published.
- Apple cider vinegar and citric acid make the liquid acidic.
- No allergen statement is published. Vegetarian and dairy free badges come from the seller.
- The ingredient order on the graphic is a layout, not a ranking by weight.
What are the ingredients in Glyco Reset?
Six names appear on the brand graphics, in this order: apple cider vinegar, purified water, pure cane sugar, apple pectin, citric acid and sodium citrate. That is the whole published list.
Think of it as a recipe card with the quantities torn off. You can see what goes into the bottle. You cannot see how much of each. The bottle holds 60 mL in total, so every ingredient fits inside those 60 mL, and that is all the arithmetic the public record allows.
Ask for a different ingredients list and you may be reading about a different product. Items sold as GlycoReset or Gluco Reset on other websites are different formulas from different sellers.
Why are no amounts listed, and what is the proprietary blend?
A U.S. supplement label should carry a Supplement Facts panel with a serving size and servings per container. If a maker uses a proprietary blend, the panel shows the blend's total weight, with its parts in order from most to least by weight (21 CFR 101.36 (Supplement Facts)).
One Glyco Reset graphic uses the phrase "our proprietary blend". No blend weight is printed beside it. No photo of the back of the bottle exists in the seller's material, so the panel itself has not been seen. Your bottle should carry one, and it is worth reading the moment the box arrives.
Ask +1 (302) 200-3480 how many mL one serving holds, and how many grams of sugar are in it. Those two numbers unlock most of the unknowns.

Six names, one bottle to readWhen your box arrives, the back panel is where the serving and the amounts should be, and the order desk can answer what the photos do not.

What does apple cider vinegar do in Glyco Reset?
Apple cider vinegar is the headline ingredient. It is fermented apple juice, and its sour part is acetic acid. It is the only one of the six with human trials on blood sugar.
Those trials gave tablespoon-sized daily amounts, 13.75 to 30 mL a day for 4 to 12 weeks, and saw fasting glucose about 22 mg/dL lower in adults with type 2 diabetes (Arjmandfard 2025 vinegar review). Most trials were low quality. How much vinegar sits in one serving of the drops is not published, so the trials cannot be applied to the drops with any confidence.
Vinegar is acidic, so it can affect teeth and throat, and heavy use has been tied to low potassium (MSKCC: Apple cider vinegar). Whether the vinegar is pasteurized is also not published.
Why is pure cane sugar in the drops?
Most likely for taste. Vinegar and citric acid are sharp, and a little sweetness makes sour drops easier to take. The brand does not say, so that is our reading and not a stated fact.
Table sugar added to a product counts as added sugar, and the FDA Daily Value for all added sugars is 50 g a day (FDA: Added sugars). The share in a serving of Glyco Reset is not published. If you count carbohydrates, get the gram figure before the first dose. Our longer piece on sugar in a blood sugar supplement goes deeper.
What do apple pectin, citric acid and sodium citrate add?
Apple pectin is a soluble fiber best known for setting jam. A food-standards review found no effect on after-meal glucose at 1.4 to 5.2 g a meal (FSANZ pectin review). In drops, pectin most likely adds body to the liquid. U.S. rules list pectin as a food ingredient that thickens and stabilizes (21 CFR 184.1588 (pectins)).
Citric acid gives tartness and helps control acidity (21 CFR 184.1033 (citric acid)). Sodium citrate acts as a buffer and adds a little sodium (21 CFR 184.1751 (sodium citrate)). If you limit sodium, note that the amount is not published.
Purified water is the base and needs no discussion. It is simply most of the liquid.
How do the six ingredients compare at a glance?
| Ingredient | Likely job | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Apple cider vinegar | Main active | Not published |
| Purified water | Liquid base | Not published |
| Pure cane sugar | Sweetener, counts as added sugar | Not published |
| Apple pectin | Fiber, most likely a thickener | Not published |
| Citric acid | Tartness and acidity control | Not published |
| Sodium citrate | Buffer for the acid | Not published |
What is not in the ingredient list?
The sales page hero art shows bitter melon, cinnamon, ginger and other herbs. None of them is among the six named ingredients, so treat that scene as decoration. If a herb matters to you, either way, it is not part of the published list.
No stimulant, no vitamin and no mineral is named either. The seller shows badges for vegetarian and dairy free, and our reading of the six names agrees, but no allergen statement or certification is published. With a strict allergy, read the bottle and call the order desk first.
Who should read the ingredient list twice?
- Anyone who counts carbohydrates, because of the cane sugar.
- Anyone who limits sodium, because of the sodium citrate.
- Anyone with reflux, ulcers, swallowing trouble or sensitive or crowned teeth, because of the acids.
- Anyone on insulin, a sulfonylurea, a water pill or digoxin, because vinegar may interact with them.
If any of these fit, bring the bottle to your doctor or pharmacist and show them the list.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What are the ingredients in Glyco Reset?
Apple cider vinegar, purified water, pure cane sugar, apple pectin, citric acid and sodium citrate. These six names appear on the brand graphics. No amount is published for any of them.
Is there a Glyco Reset ingredients list with amounts?
Not online. No Supplement Facts panel appears in the seller's photos or on the sales page. Read the panel on your own bottle and call +1 (302) 200-3480 if it is missing.
What is the proprietary blend in Glyco Reset?
A graphic mentions "our proprietary blend" without a weight. A proprietary blend lets a maker group ingredients, but a U.S. panel should still show the blend's total weight.
Does Glyco Reset contain sugar?
Yes. Pure cane sugar is one of the six named ingredients and counts as added sugar. The amount per serving is not published.
Is Glyco Reset vegetarian or dairy free?
The seller shows vegetarian and dairy free badges, and none of the six named ingredients comes from milk or meat. No allergen statement or certification is published, so ask the order desk with a strict need.
Does Glyco Reset contain herbs like cinnamon or bitter melon?
None is among the six named ingredients. Herbs appear in sales page artwork only, so do not read them as part of the formula.
Our view
A short ingredient list is a good start, and Glyco Reset has one. The missing amounts are the real problem. Without them you cannot weigh the vinegar against the studies, count the sugar or check the sodium. That is a gap the seller could close with one photo of the back panel.
Until then, the bottle in your hand is the best source. Read it, ask the two questions above, and let your doctor look at the list if you take medicines. This article is general information and not medical advice.
